Ingredients
Method

4 cup black grape juice
¾ teaspoon cumin seeds
½ teaspoon carom seeds
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
3 teaspoons black salt
1 ½ tablespoons tamarind pulp
Crushed ice

1.       Dry roast the cumin seeds, carom seeds and fennel seeds and grind with the black salt to a fine powder.

2.       Pour the black grape juice into a jug; add the ground spices and tamarind pulp and mix well.
