PANEER KULCHA



Ingredients

Kulcha breaf




1 cup wholewheat flour



½ teaspoon baking powder



1 cup refined flour



¼ teaspoon soda bicarbonate



½ teaspoon salt


1 tablespoon skimmed milk yogurt


1 tablespoon rice bran oil


FILLING

1
200 grams skimmed milk cottage cheese, grated

2 green chillies, chopped

2 tablespoon chopped gresh coriander salt to taste


METHOD

1.       Sift together the refined flour and wholewheat flour with baking powder ,oda bicarbonate and salt inro a bowl, add sugar, milk, yogurt and one-forth cup of water, knead well into a medium-soft dough.
2.       apply the oil on the dough, cover with a damp cloth and set aside for one hour.
3.       Divde the dough into four equal portions and shape into balls.
4.       place the cottage cheese ina a bowl, add the green chillies, fresh coriander and salt and mex well. divide into four equal portions.
5.       preheat an oven to 180oc/350of/ gas mark 4.
6.       place the dough balls on a lightly- floured worktop. flatten them slightly. place a portion of the cottage cheese filling in the centre of each, gather the edges and seal, cover with a damp cloth and rest for five minutes.
