Seafood pad Thai
Ingredients:-
12 small prawns, peeled and deveined
100 grams fish fillets,
Cut into 1 inch pieces
8-10 mussels or clams
200 grams flat noodles, boiled
1 ½ tablespoon oil
5-6 garlic cloves, chopped
1 medium green capsicum,
Seeded and cut into thin strips
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon brown sugar
2 fresh red chilies, diagonally sliced
5-6 stalks spring onion greens, chopped
2 tablespoon roasted peanuts,
Coarsely ground
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ cup bean sprouts

Note:-
Boil seen to eight cups of
water in a large pan. Add the flat noodles and cook till al dente (just
done). Drain and refresh in cold water. Spread it on a plate to cool.

Tip:-
Pad Thai or stir fry is
a popular Thai street food. This is a little more elaborate with prawns and
other seafood added to it. Seafood has a good amount of selenium which is an
antioxidant.
