Gazpacho soup
Ingredients :-
2-3 slices brown bread
3-4 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
6 medium tomatoes, quartered
1 medium cucumber, seeded and roughly chopped
1 medium green capsicum, roughly chopped salt to
test
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil

Garnish:-
1 small onion, chopped
1 small green capsicum, chopped
1 slice white bread, cut into
½-inch cubes

Method :-
Soak the bread in half cup of water for five
minutes and squeeze out excess water.
Process the bread with the garlic, tomatoes,
cucumber and chilled water in a blender.
And the capsicum and salt and process again.
Add the wine vinegar and olive oil and continue to
process.
Strain the soup into a bowl and chill in a
refrigerator.
Garnish with the onion, green capsicum and bread
cubes.

Tips:-
you can use
malt vinegar or lemon juice instead of wine vinegar.
Gazpacho,
the famed cold soup from Spain, is fondly called chunky liquid salad at home!
Have it on a hot summer day. The brown bread is Chef Idea for increasing the
