Tip
|
Kahwa tea is
a modification of normal tea. The blend of spices helps to increase the basal
metabolic rate (BMR). It is a low calorie drink for weight watchers if the
sugar is substituted with an artificial sweetener. Almonds add some
antioxidants and some protein to the tea.
