Cauliflower (medium sized) Dried ginger powder Clove powder Black paper powder Cardamom powder Cinnamon powder Mace powder Green chilli (slit lengthwise and deseeded) Lemon juice Ghee |

Method
|
Clean and grate the Cauliflower. Heat up ghee (butter) in a pan and put in the grated
Cauliflower. Cook on high flame for about 1 minute put the salt along with
powdered spices. Mix up to blend pours in the lemon juice. Adjust seasoning,
garnish with green chilli and enjoy the hot khees
